🔔 The auction for the never-before-seen Mythical S land parcel will start on Thursday, 12/11 5 AM UTC and commence on Friday, 13/11 5 AM UTC. 🔔

🔸 Auction Format

The Mythical S will be listed on Spores Marketplace (spores.app) in a “Sell to the highest bidder” auction format.

*Note: This is not an actual NFT, but a ‘presale ticket’ to claim the Mythical S NFT from PolkaFantasy when it is distributed in December 2021.

🔸 Auction Rules

This will be a 24-hour timed auction from 12/11 5AM UTC to 13/11 5 AM UTC
The starting price for Mythical S will be 100,000 USDT and there will be a reserve price set by PolkaFantasy
All bids will appear in the ‘Auction’ section of the Mythical S landing page. We will announce the landing page address for Mythical S Auction at least 24 hours before the auction.

🔸 “Sell to the highest bidder”

This auction follows the English auction format. In other words, the highest bid wins at the end of the auction, with the CONDITION that the highest bid must be at or above the reserve price. If a bidder places a bid at the reserve price, and there are no additional bids placed, the piece will sell to the first bidder.

If the auction finishes below the reserve price, it’s up to PolkaFantasy to accept the highest offer. PolkaFantasy is under no obligation to complete the transaction.

When an auction ends, the winning bidder will need to settle the payment with Spores to receive instruction on how to collect the Mythical S NFT from PolkaFantasy.
