1-hour Secure Refund Policy

*This new policy is separate from our previous Spores safeguard

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Token Distribution

Tokens (the TGE amount) will be distributed to all IDO participants at the listing time.

Step 2: Receive or Optional Refund

🔸If users choose to keep the token, no further action is needed.

*Please note that if you choose to refund, the TGE token must be sent back in full without moving elsewhere. If you choose to keep the token, you will consequently receive the remaining amounts by vesting without a pricing safeguard.

🔸To initiate a refund, users must follow the refund process outlined below:

Within the 1-hour window from TGE, users need to Fill out the request form and send the token back to Spores Wallet

*Note: Token refund requests will not be accepted if the token has been moved out of the investors’ wallet after initial receipt.

Step 3: Refund Issuance

If investors choose “Refund” within the time validity, provided that the given preconditions are met, Spores Network will return the funds to investors’ wallets 48–72 hours after the end of the refund window.
