Spores 24h Optional Refund Policy

We’re excited to announce we’ve just rolled out some exciting new features to enhance your experience with Spores Launchpad. These enhancements are designed to make your user journey smoother and more efficient.

With new claim features from Spores Launchpad, our community will benefit from a streamlined process. Following the listing of a project’s token, there is a 24-hour window during which community members can make their crucial decisions. Within this timeframe, you have several options to choose from:

• Option 1 — Claim the full vesting

24h after listing, If users choose to claim, user will receive TGE amount and users will go on Claim portal to claim the remaining token release.

For some projects we will still support manual refund as long if users dont move the claimed TGE tokens to another wallet or trade them. Users will need to return the token to our wallet and fill in the form before the deadline, we will verify and proceed refund afterwards.

• Option 2: Refund the full purchase

User who don’t claim TGE will auto receive refund within 72 hours after listing
